IT Technical Support

You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and responding to incidents from email, web chat and phone. You will speak to customers directly to identify problems and remotely resolve issues.

Key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Provide first line technical support for clients
  • Respond to incidents raised through telephone, email and web requests
  • Determine and document problems and incidents
  • Setup and troubleshoot email and Broadband services
  • Troubleshoot Hardware and software issues
  • Assist with spam, anti-virus and spyware issues
  • Provide point of contact information for potential clients


  • Call prioritisation and escalation
  • Service Level Agreements
  • Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8
  • Windows 2003, 2008 Server, SBS 2011,2012
  • Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010
  • Some Microsoft Exchange knowledge
  • Internet Security
